At Fresh Meal Prep, we offer two options:

• 1. Subscription Plan – Ideal for consistent, tailored meal planning.
• 2. Daily Order Menu – Grab-and-go meals you can order as needed.

You can choose either option, add your order, and select your delivery schedule.

With a subscription plan, you can:

• 1. Select your weekly or monthly plan.
• 2. Choose your delivery schedule (once weekly, twice weekly, or daily).
• 3. Customize your weekly menu via the dashboard before the Sunday 8:00 PM deadline.
• 4. Receive freshly prepared, portioned meals ready to reheat and enjoy.

Yes! For subscription plans, a weekly menu is uploaded on your dashboard for you to select your meals.

Daily order menu does not allow customization — it's a grab-and-go option.

We currently deliver across Lagos including Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Ajah, Ikeja, Surulere, Yaba, and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary by location. We're constantly expanding our delivery zones, so check at checkout to see if we deliver to your area.

For subscription plans, meal selection must be completed by Sunday at 8:00 p.m. each week.

We send reminder emails by 4:00 p.m., as well as daily reminders if meals have not been selected.

Please note that missed selections after the deadline will be forfeited.

For same-day delivery, daily orders must be placed before 12:00 p.m.

Delivery fees are not included in our subscription plans because we deliver to various locations across Lagos, and delivery costs vary by area (e.g., Island vs Mainland). Your delivery fee will be communicated based on your address.

We offer the following delivery options:

• • Bulk delivery once or twice a week – a more economical option

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location & delivery frequency.

Yes, monthly subscribers can pause their subscription for 7 days once per month. The pause extends your subscription end date by 7 days. Weekly subscriptions cannot be paused. To pause, log into your dashboard and select the pause option.

We offer three delivery options: bulk delivery once per week, bulk delivery twice per week, or daily delivery Monday through Friday. Bulk delivery is more economical, while daily delivery provides maximum freshness. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and chosen frequency.

All our meals are freshly prepared daily using high-quality ingredients. We never use frozen pre-made meals. Meals are packaged and delivered fresh, ready to be refrigerated or heated as needed. Bulk deliveries can be safely refrigerated for the week.

Subscription plans only: You can specify dietary preferences such as spice level, protein preferences, and special instructions.

Daily order menu: Dietary restrictions are not accommodated, as meals are prepared for grab-and-go orders.

We accept all major payment methods through Paystack including debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers. All payments are secure and processed through Paystack's encrypted payment gateway. Payment is required upfront for subscriptions and daily orders.

Yes, subscriptions can be cancelled. However, subscriptions cannot be cancelled mid-week once a cycle has started.

Weekly subscriptions run for one week, and monthly subscriptions run for four weeks.

Yes, refund requests are accepted for valid reasons only and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, in line with our refund policy. Refunds are not issued automatically.

Refunds are available for subscription plans only. They are calculated based on unused meals, and a 20% service charge will be applied for subscription menus, which will be deducted from your refund.

Log into your dashboard to track all your orders. You'll receive email notifications when your order status changes (processing, out for delivery, delivered). For daily orders, visit "My Orders" in your dashboard. For subscriptions, view your subscription details to see upcoming deliveries.

We operate entirely online and do not have a physical restaurant location.

Our kitchen closes at 12:00 PM sharp for same-day orders processing.

Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).

No, we currently only offer delivery services. We operate as a ghost kitchen without a physical location for pickups.

Delivery times depend on your location, but once confirmed, orders are delivered within our 8 AM – 4 PM delivery window. We strive to deliver at your preferred time within this window.

Order deadlines vary by type:

• • Same-day orders: Must be placed before 12 PM
• • Next-day or subscription orders: Can be scheduled in advance
• • Weekly meal selection (subscriptions): Sunday 11:59 PM

Daily Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

All meals are made fresh and can last:

• • 3–5 days in the refrigerator (if properly stored)
• • 1–2 weeks in the freezer for longer storage

We recommend consuming refrigerated meals within 3 days and frozen meals within 1 week. Please refer to the preservation instructions on your meal prep containers for best results.
