1 Order Processing Times

Bulk Meal Prep Order Processing: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

  • First Batch (Breakfast/Lunch): 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Second Batch (Lunch/Dinner): 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

2 Advance Payment Requirements

  • Weekly Meal Prep: Requires 24-48 hours advance payment
  • Monthly Meal Prep: Requires 48 hours to 1 week advance payment

Payment must be completed before meal preparation begins to ensure your order is processed on time.

3 Delivery Policy

Please provide an alternative contact number for delivery.

⚠️ Important:

If you are unavailable to receive your meal prep and the rider returns your order, an extra delivery fee will be charged.

We recommend providing a secondary contact number to avoid missed deliveries.

4 Subscription Pausing Policy

Notice Period:

Kindly provide 24-48 hours prior notice before your intended pause date.

❌ Weekly Subscription

Cannot be paused

✓ Monthly Subscription

Can be paused for 7 days once per month only. The pause extends your subscription end date by 7 days.

5 Customization Service Charge

20% Non-Refundable Service Charge

This fee applies to all customized menu requests.

Customized menus allow you to personalize your meal selections according to your dietary preferences and restrictions.

6 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled, however they cannot be cancelled mid-week once a cycle has started
  • Weekly subscriptions run for one week, and monthly subscriptions run for four weeks
  • Daily orders cannot be cancelled once placed

Refund Policy:

  • Refund requests are accepted for valid reasons only and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Refunds are available for subscription plans only
  • Refunds are calculated based on unused meals, and a 20% service charge will be deducted from your refund
  • No refunds are provided for forfeited weeks (when meal selection deadline is missed)
  • The 20% customization service charge is non-refundable
  • Refunds are not issued automatically

7 Meal Selection Deadline

⏰ Deadline: Every Sunday at 8:00 PM

You must select your meals for the upcoming week by this deadline. We send reminder emails by 4:00 PM, as well as daily reminders if meals have not been selected.

⚠️ Forfeiture Warning:

If you do not select your meals by the deadline, that week will be forfeited with no refund.
